12 Experimental Vectors To Push Your Designs Above and Beyond

Vector Robot

In this collection, we are presenting a fine collection of experimental vector illustrations for your inspiration. The term ‘Experimental Art’ refers to exploring and discovering new and creative ways of art expression. Recently, experimental art is very popular among the designers as it gives them a freedom to express themselves without any limitations.

Monster by Hassmework

This experimental vector art portrays a unique way of art rendering. The interesting thing here is that how the artist uses triangles within the design to construct such a detailed portrait–a technique known as Mosaic Art.

Kokeshi by Schizophrenic brain

I find this experimental vector art interesting because of its vivid color and how the repetition of patterns is tactfully handled. The floral arrangement in between the characters gives this artwork a very nice look as well.

Color construction 04 by Andre Oustinov

This vector art makes its place in this collection on account of the vivid colors that blend together to create a pleasant and soothing visual effect.

The Travellers by Dualform

When designing with bright colors and bold shapes, it’s easy for a piece to appear overaloaded and crowded. This piece uses these bold artistic elements sparingly though, so it creates a simple, yet complex and intriguing “out-of-this-world” design.

Curious mess by NELZ

This is an experimental design created using newly spawned brushes together to create the feeling of a conjured mess. However, the swirls made with these brushes are very neat and look nice.

Black and white by Guimarconi

Although it uses a simplified color scheme, the eye-catching attribute that grabs a viewers’ attention in this piece of art is its complex pattern.

The Beauty Of War by Occasionallyxxx

This widescreen wallpaper, which features war elements such as guns, bombs, explosions, grenades and ammunition, was created to portray the beauty of war.  I enjoyed the creative way these elements are used together to give this piece an added depth.

Rainy Empress by ChasingArtwork

This experimental vector art shows a rainy environment with a mysterious lady who was created using vector swirls and jagged shapes. I enjoyed how the artist combined these contrasting elements to create a regal elegance about this mysterious lady.

Flow by Jayteare

This artwork also features a brilliant use of colors which definitely is my favorite part of this piece. Furthermore, the dark background boosts the colors further, making this art work even more eye catching.

Diamond by Colors1

This vector art is a fragmental vector composition with very well balanced colors. Furthermore, the smoothness of the spikes and sharp edges add further beauty in this artwork.

Soul by Rodier

This vector illustration uses several small objects to create this amazing and detailed artwork. On top of that, the colors and the sparkling pattern give this piece its true life.

Coral by Nailed-Dead

The glowing effect in this artwork really makes this vector art work stand out from the rest. Furthermore, the intricately-placed elements along with it’s complimentary color selection also gives a nice touch.
