This post is part of a weekly series showcasing inspirational vector art. Although the series showcases vector art, some work might just be vector inspired, not created completely with vector art. If you have any art suggestions, feel free to comment! For more vector art inspiration, check out the Vectips Flickr Group.
Hi are using WordPress for your site platform? I’m new to the blog
world but I’m trying to get started and create my own.
Do you need any coding expertise to make your own blog?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Really setting up a basic WordPress blog is very easy and can be done without coding expertise in less than 20 minutes. Where knowledge of coding can come in handy is if and when you wish to customize your blog (backgrounds, settings, plugins, etc). Here’s a helpful guide from WordPress that explains all of the ins and outs. http://codex.wordpress.org/New_To_WordPress_-_Where_to_Start
Thank you so much for the feature Ryan 🙂
For the past couple of years I’ve made the “Weekly Vector Inspiration” at Vectips my first stop every Friday morning. What a way to start a day!!!
From the incredible to the weird and the beautiful to the freaky — it’s always inspiring and entertaining.
Those of us who create Vector art know the insane amount of work that goes into each piece and can’t help but be impressed!
Also, the tips, interviews and tutorials are magnificent! I always learn something new!
My compliments and thanks to Ryan and all of the phantasmigorical artists!
Happy new year and more insoiration in 2012!
