Hi Everyone! My name is Kevin Sanderson (Sands) and I’m going to be taking over Vectips for Ryan (Rype) while he continues to focus on Rype Arts. I’m an Illustrator by day and a lover of vector art. I’m honored to be working on Vectips! I have a great team of writers assembled so we are looking forward to bringing you more great vector content.
It has been exactly 10 months since a post was published here. Since things change so quickly, we somewhat feel like we are starting over from scratch. While we don’t have any big plans to change much of what Ryan has started, we would like to reevaluate the type of content that Ryan has been posting in the past. Do do this, we need your help!
Please do us a favor and take our survey. It should take you less than 1 minute and it will give us some insight into what types of readers we still have with us what types of content you would like to see published.

Also, please take a moment to introduce yourself in the comments below. If you are interested in writing for us, please get in touch. I look forward to getting to know more of you!

Hi Kevin,
Great to read that Vectips is back in town! Can’t wait to see new episodes of Inspiration!
Can you tell something about yourself?
aw. . wow . i miss so much Vectips alleluia ^_^
Welcome back! Good to see Vectips alive and kinging again 🙂
I would like to see video tutorials of (relatively?) complex shape creation for things that yield smooth curves. Even with basic shapes and expanded strokes I often times am left with rough curves and am very much a novice at the pen tool no matter how long I attempt to hack away at it. Thanks, I hope!
Welcome back! Thnaks for sharing the news!
Glad to see Vectips taking on new life! It’s also my pleasure to have been contacted to write some new tutorials for the site. Stay tuned!
Great news, welcome back!
